We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
When you try on an item for fit please leave the original tags on, wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. Avoid using deodorant or perfume when trying on items. Please call us during shop hours or email to discuss returns or exchanges. We want to help you find the perfect fit.
All returns must be authorized by email or telephone and require a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of receipt of order.
If a return arrives without an authorization number it will not be accepted at the shop and returned to sender.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The first replacement item will be mailed with no additional shipping charge, if there is a second replacement requested the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags & original packaging included, scent-free of smoke or perfume.
Returns will be inspected prior to processing the return. The return will be credited to the original payment charge.
If My Left Breast has made an error in shipping items and processing, shipping costs will be refunded.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges include; Self-Adhesive Breast Prosthesis, compression items, swim bottoms, panties and wigs due to hygienic reasons.
All bras altered by seamstress are final sale.
Sale Items are Final Sale.
My Left Breast is not responsible for lost items, or damages during transit, pack returns carefully.
Please be aware there are no exceptions to the return policy. Thank you for your understanding.

We Ship via Canada Post to Canadian Addresses Only
Your item will ship within 4-10 business days.
You will be notified within 24 business hours the expected Shipping date.
If you request an alternate shipping carrier My Left Breast reserves the right to alter the shipping cost.
If back orders or limited availability of products occur we will contact you and provide your with alternatives.
